AB&C Shares Healthcare Expertise

On March 27, Shari Short, AB&C Director of Strategic Research, was the keynote speaker at a luncheon given by the West Michigan chapter of the American Marketing Association in Grand Rapids, Mich. In her talk, “Social Marketing: Rx for the Healthcare Industry,” Short explored the theory and application of social marketing as it relates to consumer behavior change. An expert in strategic research, Short cited previous agency campaigns, explaining how to develop targeted messaging, consumer behavior change, consumer engagement and language.
